Off da Hook, Raw Tostadas!

These raw tostadas were so flavorful and delicious! There are so many layers of flavor and amazing textures. You have to try them. My family told me that they were one of the best things that I have made so far since we have gone raw. I think this will be one of the meals that I make when we have friends over for dinner.

1/2 cup ground flax seeds
1/4 cup sweet onion, diced
1/4 tsp pink salt
1/4 tsp each of oregano, cumin and garlic powder

Mix corn, onion and spices in food processor until smooth. Add ground flax seeds until well incorporated. Drop tablespoonful at a time onto nonstick dehydrator sheet
s and smooth into 3' rounds. Dehydrate for 8 hours at 110 degrees. Flip directly onto mesh dehydrator screen and dehydrate for another 6-8 hours.
