Rawkin' Zucchini Chips

These Zucchini Chips are light, crispy and DELICIOUS! 

They are so easy to make and your family will LOVE you for making them! Be sure to make a TON, because they won't last long.

Slice 4 or 5 zucchini thinly on a mandolin slicer.
Toss them in olive oil and place them on dehydrator sheets.
Salt them evenly and dehydrate for 8-10 hours.
